      I purchased this charcuterie basket for a friend that wasn't feeling well but isn't into the regular stuff (flowers, etc.). He absolutely loved it. Great quality and very tasty. Would definitely consider ordering again

      I ordered the cheese and charcuterie gift for my son as a surprise. He lives in Florida in an apartment complex, and when the gift was delivered, it was placed by the delivery service in a locked metal box in the sun and sat there all day, despite the prominent label “Refrigerate upon delivery.” When the box was opened, the cheese was all melted and most of the perishable contents had to be thrown out.
      When I contacted Gift Tree and explained the situation, they apologized for the problem and immediately agreed to replace the gift at no cost to me. They also arranged for overnight delivery on the following Saturday when I knew my son and his partner would be home. It was delivered as promised and was in great shape. They were thrilled with the tray, and I was thrilled with the effort Gift Tree made to make it right. This was my third gift order, and the recipients have been very pleased with the products, and I am happy to recommend this service.

      Love Gifttree as they are more than prompt on delivering the products and really great quality of their products!! I ordered a basket for my daughter to celebrate her moving into a different house and state and I saw what was delivered and I was very impressed!       We personalized the wind chime and despite this request it shipped very quickly and arrived one day earlier than requested.

      The choices are good and varied. The website is easy to use and I ordered two Artisan Cheese and Charcuterie Picnic Menu collections which were delivered into the San Antonio area on time just before Christmas.
      I found the discount for returning customers a bit awkward to pick up but you did discount the second item, as promised.

      I was happy with this order overall, however for some reason they substituted the crackers with a small Tortuga rum cake. I would have preferred for them to pack any kind of crackers, since the fruit spread would go well with crackers and cheese. I am disappointed that I did not receive the order as stated in the description and did not receive advanced notice that they would be substituting the crackers with a rum cake.
