    I was worried about the engraved bottle arriving before the wedding. The wedding was scheduled for Saturday and I ordered early and requested delivery on the Monday prior to the wedding. It did ship and I got notice of the estimated arrival of Wednesday before the wedding. Thursday it did not arrive, but I received notice that it was delivered Friday (one day before the ceremony). At that point, I was worried that they would not receive it before the honeymoon. This I believe is because FedEx must get an adult signature and both of these people worked and probably were not at home to receive it. Should I use the service again, I will allow at a lot more delivery time. The new groom said they loved the gift.

    I just wanted to thank "Brent" from customer service in Vancouver, WA (state) for his great personal service over the phone! I wanted to give my son a personalized wine bottle as a gift for graduating Air Force Officer's Training School this past week. I found this site by accident and thought it would be fun to have it in time for his arrival home for the holidays. I know this is something that he will love. I had trouble online editing what the final words on the bottle would say so dedided to call the 1-800 number instead.     I bought this for my husband's 40th birthday. It's a sweet keepsake, but I was a little disappointed that the printing is kind of choppy looking and the lines are not quite level. It looks all right for a gift, but not as sharp and neat as I expected.

    I haven't tried the wine, but the bottle was delivered exactly the day Gift Tree told me it would be! Can ship to hotels as long as you call the hotel ahead. Great for surprising people :-) I am very, very happy!!
